Yes, our ceramics are 100% microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe up to 220 C/428 F.
The height of the rim of our large plates are 2cm (3/4in). They should fit in most dishwashers in the bottom rack. To be 100% certain, you should measure the width of the slots in your dishwasher.
No, our ceramics are designed to be long-lasting and are very resistant to permanent scratches and can withstand bumps that come with normal usage.However, all matte and semi-matte stoneware are susceptible to temporary marks of residue left behind by the stainless steel silverware after heavy use. These can be removed with an abrasive non metal sponge combined with a gentle cleanser such as Barkeeper's Friends or a baking soda and water mixture. Cutlery with softer metals tend to leave behind marks easier.
If you receive any pieces that are defective such as with chips or cracks, we will always replace these for free no questions asked.Please note given the artisanal nature of our products, there may be tiny subtle imperfections that make each piece unique.We offer an extended 30 day return window for those that decide the pieces are not for them.
